The Author membership was created for individuals or organizations that have or want to create on-line educational content for students and sell it through the PixLit Catalog. A PixLit Author can be anyone interested in education and providing content for students - a Parent, a Public School Teacher, a College Professor, an E-Learning Expert, or Commercial Educational Video Producer. Using our simple authoring tools, you create a PixLit Catalog Entry and then sell your authored content to PixLit Teachers. A PixLit Catalog Entry is any combination of: PixLit Lessons PixLit Assessments and/or PixLit Homework. After you create a PixLit Catalog Entry, it is submitted for review by the PixLit Education Advisory Council. Our Council of e-learning experts reviews the content against our set of educational design standards. These standards are available upon request. Please email support@pixlit.com for a copy. Once approved, your PixLit Catalog Entry is published to the Catalog for purchase by PixLit Teachers. PixLit offers Authors generous royalty percentages. As a PixLit Author, you will have the ability to view a current sales history report of all purchases of your content to date and payments are made to Authors monthly.

Content Conversion Service PixLit also offers a content conversion service. Our conversion service includes taking your already produced educational video programs and converting them into digital video organized into a storybook format for distribution in our Pix-aView video viewer.
